Passively sitting still as you count your breaths or let your thoughts float by like clouds in the sky can be great. It can feel peaceful and lovely.
But it’s not clearing the held pain, blocks to Love, and trauma you don’t even know is stuck in your body.
And if you don’t clear that shit? As soon as you get up from meditating, you’ll go right back to the litter box you've been living in, wondering why the hell you can’t seem to hold onto the “inner peace” everyone talks about on the internet.
