You’re In! 🥳

Check your inbox for more information, to set your password, and for the link to the first lesson (it’s a bonus all about how to do The Work).

In the meantime, here are some things you should know:

  • We tried to keep all lessons under a half hour and recommend doing them first thing every morning so you can apply them throughout your day

  • But doing your work is a process (so be gentle with yourself)

  • You’ve been taught a lot of shit that isn’t Truth (with a capital “T”) and this course is trying to unravel all that without pissing you off, sending you into the shitter, or making you run away entirely

  • Remember, you CAN experience relief from the pain, futility, disappointment, anger, and frustration, but it requires unraveling everything you think you know about yourself, the world, and everything in it

  • Because of your ingrained patterns, misunderstandings, stories, and BS lies (that you don’t even know are there), the vibrational capacity of this course is higher than what you likely live in on the daily. That’s just a fancy way of saying it’ll be uncomfortable for you to do this work at first, but if you want to change, stick with it

  • Your ego will do ANYTHING it can to keep you from doing your work. Why? It wants to keep you safe but it thinks staying stuck IS keeping you safe (because it’s what you know)

  • Doing your work ISN’T intellectual. You can’t think your way out of your pain and you don’t need to understand The Work to be able to do it. So, while we tried to break it down in an easy to understand way, it’s even more important for you to feel into the lessons than it is for you to “get” them

Most people only do their work after they’ve exhausted every other possible solution and they’re in too much pain not to. But you don’t have to let things get that bad. You can dig in right now and get a shift.

Then, you can keep going to learn why other people have said, “I didn’t know life could be this good,” after they started doing their work.
